I’m Louise, the person behind The Charm Gal. I love live music, dogs, reformer pilates, espresso martinis and travelling as much as I can. We’re based in Liverpool, operating out of Red Brick Market, and currently specialise in Permanent Jewellery.

I launched The Charm Gal in 2022, starting with playful, brightly coloured beaded accessories. Everyone went nuts for our personalised phone charms and sunglasses strings, especially for Glasto! We started trading in makers markets and really got the taste for creativity and running a independent small business.

We noticed the lack of permanent jewellery services in Liverpool, something I had wanted myself for so long but only ever seen available in London. I decided to take the plunge into a rebrand and launch my own permanent jewellery business in January 2024. We moved into Red Brick Market and it has been onwards and upwards ever since!

We booked our first private event within a week of launching - it was absolutely insane how much the rebrand took off. We now book weddings, parties, business functions, and so much more. We also keep up with the odd makers market, maybe every other month, to make sure we are continuing to promote this world and to engage with other small businesses.

We recruited our lovely Emily in May 2024, and she has picked up permanent jewellery like a pro! Our clients love her and we are so glad to be able to offer so much more availability since having her on board.

Our plans for The Charm Gal don’t stop there, we have so much more under our sleeves and we are so excited for what is next to come.
